Position Summary
Aitia is seeking a scientifically deep and relationship-oriented Alliance Manager to support and strengthen strategic partnerships with biotech, pharmaceutical, non-profit organizations, and research institutes. This role will focus on maintaining and growing existing partner relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, communicating the impact of breakthrough science, and supporting initiatives that drive long-term value.
This role serves as the primary relationship owner between internal cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams and external partners, ensuring value realization, governance excellence, and execution of alliance objectives aligned with the corporate strategy. The position requires strong scientific and business acumen, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex, global partnerships across different stages of development.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly collaborative, and eager to develop a deep understanding of Aitia, our partners, and the scientific and business goals that drive successful collaborations and that lead to transformative therapies for patients with unmet needs.

Salary Range for this role is $150,000 - $225,000 for base annual salary. Compensation for this role will depend on several factors including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills and ability.
